Have Toddler Sleep problem? Calm down, Try These Tips

Maintain the quality of infant sleep is surely noteworthy; it is very influential on the growth and development of your toddler. Need a little extra effort when you have a toddler, but there are a few tips so you can do to make it comfortable and not too difficult for you.

Generally, healthy infants have approximately 11 hours of sleep every night and about 2 hours in the day. But if your toddler often wakes up at night or waking up too early in the morning, mom, calm down don’t worry, because it is a natural thing.

Baby at the beginning of the month will generally have longer sleep time, but also be more frequent waking at night with hours of sleep is also not regular. This is normal for babies in the early months of considering several issues such as when he/she urinating, thirst, or feel hot. The easiest way is to always be alert and rush to changing diapers when she urinated / pup, do not leave it too long in a wet state. But you must also control the regulate hours of breastfeeding / formula milk appropriately so that the baby will still get the nutrition without having to wake up from sleep. Tranquility and room temperature / home you also need to be, try to set up a fairly quiet room or away from the noise, as much as possible to use the air conditioning or fan that does not directly lead to your baby body.
